Tanks & Linings

Procoat has over 30 years of experience applying protective coatings and lining systems to tanks of all types. Our team includes AMPP-certified inspectors and veteran applicators who understand the demands of high-performance tank projects

Interior Linings

We install chemical resistant linings for steel and concrete tanks. Liners are selected based on the tank’s contents-whether it’s potable water, wastewater, acids, solvents, food-grade materials, or petroleum. Systems include epoxy, novolac, urethane, and reinforced membrane systems. We perform all necessary prep including abrasive blasting, ultra-high-pressure water blasting, and profile verification prior to installation.

Exterior Tank Coatings

We repaint and recoat elevated tanks, ground-level storage tanks, and vertical silos. Exterior systems are selected for UV resistance, weather durability, and corrosion protection. Surface prep may include containment, scaffold access, and multi-coat DTM or zinc/epoxy/urethane systems. From complete repaints to full blast and recoat, we manage the full scope.
