In Shop Services
Procoat handles all types of in-shop coatings. We’re set up for both powder and liquid systems, and we serve industries that require durable, consistent finishes with proper prep and controlled environments. We do the work in-house-start to finish-under the right conditions.
Powder Coatings
We operate two powder coating ovens: 8x8x12 and 8x8x20. These handle a wide range of part sizes, from small brackets to large frames and bulk orders. Our process includes blasting, outgassing, pre-baking, priming, and multi-color topcoats. We stock a variety of finishes and textures. Custom colors available.

Liquid Coatings
For steel, aluminum, and mixed-metal projects, we apply high-solids and specialty coatings using airless, HVLP, and conventional setups. These include zinc-rich primers, epoxies, urethanes, and chemical-resistant systems. We coat parts for fab shops, machine shops, structural fabricators, and general manufacturing clients.
Automotive Finishes
We finish and refinish trucks, cranes, trailers, wheels, and other heavy-duty components. Includes high-build primers, high-gloss urethanes, and 2K topcoats. We also handle restoration and touch-up for municipal fleets, concrete trucks, and other commercial vehicles. Color matching and special surface requirements are available.

Specialty Projects
We take on coatings jobs that require documentation and inspections-government specs, DOT approvals, or custom-engineered systems. We provide coating logs, inspection forms, dry film thickness reports, and traceable batch data when needed. Our crew understands the details that matter on high-standard jobs.

Powder coating is commonly used on metals such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. It is ideal for automotive parts, furniture, appliances, industrial equipment, and outdoor structures.
A properly applied and maintained powder coating can last for many years, often outlasting traditional paint finishes. Factors such as exposure to harsh environments, UV rays, and chemical exposure may affect its longevity.
